Policy and Procedures:
We require a 24-hour notice on all cancellations so that we can fill your slot by contacting clients on our cancellation list and accommodating everyone. Late cancels will be charged a 25$ cancellation fee.
All no-show appointments will have to pay 50% of their missed service cost.
We do understand that life happens in unexpected circumstances such as illness or family emergencies can arise. Please know that we will approach each situation with understanding and care.
