​Cancellation Policy:
We require a 24-hour notice on all cancellations so that we can fill your slot by contacting clients on our cancellation list and accommodating everyone. Clients who repeatedly canceled within a few hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to place a deposit/fee for future bookings.
All no-show appointments will lose online booking privileges, and a deposit/fee will be required for your next booking.
We do understand that life happens in unexpected circumstances such as illness or family emergencies can arise. Please know that we will approach each situation with understanding and care.
